- Description
Sp. Limón is an undescribed species (see glossary) from the Limón region of Costa Rica. A definite climber, he will appreciate some support from the start (and will vine all over if he doesn’t get it). These are props of my own plant (please excuse the burn mark on the leaf - he grew into a grow light). Like most Anthurium, these plants will probably grow better in higher humidity but these have been rooting happily in water in ambient. I will only sell when I see new growth appearing and good root growth and these have both. My mother plant is shown in the last photo (before the incident with the grow light).
- Growing conditions
I keep my mother plant in a grow tent which sits around 20-24 ºC with humidity around 90% RH. Like most Anthurium, these plants will probably grow better in higher humidity but these have been rooting happily in water in ambient.
- Quality assurance
All plants come with a plant passport or Northern Ireland Plant Health Label. Where necessary plants have been acclimatised after import for at least a month and only listed when they have new growth.
