Anthurium papillilaminum x Red Vein Dark Phoenix (RVDP) by Magic Garden

Pap emergents are usually red anyway but throw a bit of Red Vein Dark Phoenix into the mix and these are showing some knockout emergents! I've got a few more that are just giving their first leaves after import and that tray in my tent is a sea of bright red. It's hard to beat. Like the BVIT x dressleri, the older leaves on these are a little beaten up from import but I'm in the school of thought that says, leave any leaves that still have green cos they're providing energy to the plant. They're growing so beautifully and showing some variation between favouring pap and favouring RVDP. Not an easy choice!

I sold a few with the description above and this is the last one for sale. I've kept is as the import leaves were the worst of the lot (so bad I gave in a chopped). But this new leaf is an absolute stonker and the pot is full of roots. I'm happy for it to go to its forever home.

This plant sold last week then the buyer changed their mind so it's available again. I've included a photo of the leaf now it's hardened off a little so you can see the emergent (photo 1) and the hardened leaf (photo 2).
