- Description
These two parent plants are so elegant. Hybrids of Stripey Mag (a Paul Marcellini clone) aren't seen in the UK very much yet but I'm hoping that will change because they have produced some stunning plants. Kagan from Adventitious Roots made this complex hybrid. I'm dreaming of the veins of Stripey Mag, velvet of antolakii and dressleri and the closed sinus of forgetii... Who knows what we will get but that's my hope.
I sold a few of this cross last year and when Kagan said he had another batch I couldn't resist getting a few more as they're so pretty. These didn't import very well as you can see from the older leaves but they have grown beautifully!
- Growing conditions
The seedlings are currently in a propagation tent which sits around 20-24 ºC with humidity around 90% RH. Click here to read my blog on how I grow from seed. The parent plants generally appreciate higher humidity so the seedlings may too. You should still be able to acclimatise down to household conditions once it's established. But be aware it may give you some funky leaves as it gets used to its new conditions.
- Quality assurance
All plants come with a plant passport or Northern Ireland Plant Health Label. Where necessary plants have been acclimatised after import for at least a month and only listed when they have new growth.
