  • Description

    The work to build the forgetii army is never done but I will continue the good fight. The pollen parent is possibly one of my favourite forgetii hybrids - the dark velvet is something else. And you can't easily tell from the photo (see the parents in the last photo), but the seed parent has huge leaves. If you put the two together I hope we continue the dark velvet of the papa and the soft, undulating and massive leaf of the mama. We shall see...

    The seeds have begun sprouting already so will probably only be available as a set of 2 for this drop. On the next they'll be listed separately at a slightly higher price.

  • Growing conditions

    The seedlings are currently in a propagation tent which sits around 20-24 ºC with humidity around 90% RH. Click here to read my blog on how I grow from seed. The parent plants grow well in household conditions and I would expect the seedlings to be easily acclimatised to lower humidity once they've grown a little. 

  • Quality assurance

    All plants come with a plant passport or Northern Ireland Plant Health Label. Where necessary plants have been acclimatised after import for at least a month and only listed when they have new growth.
